Millia Falkhruddin Ali B.Ed. Teachers Training College was established by Millia Education Trust in in 1985. The Millia Educational Trus, Purnea is non-profitable Educational Trust managed by Muslim Minority Community under art 29,30 (I) of the constitution of India. The trust was established in 1983 and registered under Societies Registration Act 21 of 1860 (Government Of Bihar).
"The Millia Educational Trust, Purnea has introduced several faculties and maintained institutions Trust and all institution campus is 2 km away from the main town. The trust has aquired 150 Acers of land at Rambagh, Purnea."
All institution run under the National Education Policy 1986, and Article 29,30 (I) of Constitution of India.
